** FACT **
County government is such that all actions taken by a county commissioner are voted on and approved by the entire court. Therefore, the accomplishments of a commissioner are not his alone.
However, he can be instrumental by actually doing the leg work required to gather information and materials to present to the court so that the court can make an informed decision.
** FACT **
Caldwell county has the unit road system voted in by the citizens of the county. We have a road administrator whose duties include taking care of the county roads. He does a good job, especially within the budget he is allotted.
However, each commisisoner does everything in his power, by law, to see that the roads in his precinct are kept up to the best of the administrator's budget.
Serves on numerous committees, boards, organizations, and associations:

Some of My Accomplishments:
- Helped acquire right-of-way to re-route Plum Creek bridge at FM 672
- Helped acquire right-of-way to construct new bridge on County Road 183
- Instrumental in getting Crane Lane paved
- Acquired righ-of-way for left turn off on Highway 183 at Crane Lane
- Helped acquire right-of-way on numerous projects in Precinct 4
